Job summary

Topaz HR Advisory is seeking multiple full-time Occupational Therapists for in-person, school-based roles in Yreka, California. You will conduct OT evaluations and provide IEP-directed therapy to support students’ educational development.

You will join IEP teams, document sessions, and implement IEP goals while collaborating closely with families and educators in a dynamic school environment. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• OT license required and in good standing.
• Direct experience as an OT on IEP teams preferred.
• Experience conducting OT assessments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a school-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based occupational therapy evaluations and IEP-directed services.
• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations for eligibility or re-evaluations.
• Document therapy sessions in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement IEPs for students.
• Attend IEP meetings as part of the OT team.
• Participate as a direct member of IEP teams.
• Support students through individualized OT services in school settings.
