Job summary

AHS Staffing is seeking a local contract School Occupational Therapist (OT) for two elementary campuses in Boulder, CO. The role is full-time, in-person, and serves approximately 50 students across Resource, Pre-K, and Intensive Support programs.

Dates are ASAP through May 21, 2027, with a 37.5-hour work week and a pay rate of $50–$55 per hour. Colorado licensure is required, with experience in a school setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of classroom/school-based experience.
• Must hold or currently be in the process of obtaining the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license.
• Candidates requiring a TEE cannot be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based occupational therapy services to elementary students.
• Support a caseload of approximately 50 students across two schools.
• Work with students in Resource, Pre-K, and Intensive Support programs.
• Provide individualized interventions based on student needs and IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, related service providers, and other members of the educational team.
• Participate in the IEP process and help students build skills needed for greater participation and independence at school.
