Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Tempe, AZ is seeking dedicated RBTs to deliver in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with Autism. This role offers flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time openings, competitive hourly pay of $18–$28, and supportive supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
