Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking RBTs for part-time, remote positions across the USA, including Sidney, NE service areas. You’ll deliver one-on-one ABA services, track progress, and communicate with families. Training and ongoing CEUs are provided to support clinical growth.

You will join a nationwide network with strong supervisor support, flexible caseloads, and a focus on work-life balance while contributing to meaningful outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required prior to working.
• Experience supporting children with Autism is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Record session data using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with clinical team to implement care plans.
• Support families and maintain a positive learning environment.
