Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required.
• Current, unencumbered Oklahoma RN license.
• Ability to teach across classroom, lab, simulation and clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction in classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical settings.
• Plan and teach curriculum aligned with program outcomes and approved syllabi.
• Advise pre-nursing students and provide academic counseling.
• Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate scholastic records.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and nursing regulatory standards.
• Coordinate classroom, lab, simulation, and clinical learning experiences.
• Utilize instructional technologies and varied learning styles.
• Mentor adjunct clinical faculty and participate in curriculum review.
• Maintain office hours and support student retention and success.
• Travel to clinical sites as required and participate in committees.
