Serve Legal is recruiting mystery shoppers to perform audits across supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops and more. You’ll make a specific purchase and report back on the experience, with flexible, part-time hours.

This self-employed role offers payment per completed audit, with fees confirmed before each assignment and reimbursed approved purchases. You’ll be responsible for your own tax and National Insurance contributions, with area managers helping allocate suitable work.

Formación

• Must be 16+ years old.
• Self-employed role with tax responsibilities.
• Auditing/reporting experience not required but useful.
• Willing to travel across the UK and Ireland.

Serve Legal are recruiting mystery shoppers to perform audits to a range of sites. These audits can be to supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops and more, making a specific purchase then reporting back on the experience. We also have opportunities focussed on customer service standards. We have opportunities for anyone aged 16+.

This is a part-time, flexible role, which is ideal to fit around other work or education. This is a self-employed role. Payment is made per completed audit, with fees confirmed before acceptance of each assignment but will always be equivalent to at least the National Minimum Wage or National Living wage. Auditors are responsible for their own tax and National Insurance contributions. Approved purchases will be reimbursed in line with the assignment brief. Our Area Managers liaise with Auditors to allocate suitable work, accounting for other commitments and travel limitations.
