Rula is seeking licensed therapists in California to provide in-person care within a nationwide clinician network. You’ll receive administrative support—from credentialing to billing—so you can focus on delivering compassionate care to individuals, couples, and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP
• Licensed in California
• Able to provide in-person sessions

Responsibilities

• Admin done for you: credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support.
• Professional autonomy: decide how many clients you see and schedule; telehealth and in-person sessions supported; providers arrange their own office space for in-person care.
• Commitment to quality care: uphold standards and actively engage clients around clinical measures during visits; track outcomes and demonstrate impact.
• A supportive community: access case consultations, office hours, CEU podcast courses, and robust clinical learning opportunities.
