Job summary

Rula is seeking qualified therapists to join a nationwide network delivering compassionate care to individuals, couples, and families. You will have true schedule autonomy while Rula handles credentialing, billing, claims, and EHR support.

In-person sessions require office space, with telehealth also available. Expect referrals that help grow your practice while maintaining clinical autonomy and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or LCP.
• Licensed in California.
• Able to provide in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and telehealth therapy sessions.
• Maintain client records and documentation (EHR).
• Engage in measurement-informed care and track outcomes.
• Collaborate with Rula team to ensure consistent referrals and quality care.
