The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate and possesses strong attention to detail and communication skills. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 yearly, with benefits including health insurance and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
• Minimum [X] years of experience in litigation, preferably in Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, or Commercial Litigation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized physical and electronic case files.
• Prepare initial drafts of pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests.
• Oversee the e-Discovery process, including document collection and review.
• Conduct thorough legal and factual research using tools like Westlaw.
• Organize trial notebooks and manage exhibits for court hearings.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and witnesses.
• Perform electronic filings in state and federal courts.
