Job summary

Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes is hiring Educational Clinicians / Tutors for our Jacksonville, FL center. This on-site role involves delivering one-to-one and small-group instruction to learners of varying ages, following structured lesson plans, and maintaining student progress notes.

The position offers paid training, access to provided curriculum, and a supportive learning environment. Availability includes part-time or full-time schedules with a standard 8:00 AM–5:00 PM day.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, early childhood education certificate, or currently enrolled in a degree program (students welcome).
• Passion for helping others succeed academically.
• Ability to engage with students of all ages and manage instructional sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group instruction to in-person and online students.
• Record notes about student performance and deliver structured lesson plans.
• Implement positive reinforcement to maximize learning.
• Facilitate use of Lindamood-Bell curriculum for Academy students.
• Communicate professionally with clients and staff to ensure a safe learning environment.
• Manage client records (handwritten and electronic).
