Job summary

Ivy Tech seeks qualified adjunct faculty to supplement the Information Technology instruction needs for the Evansville, IN campus. This role will teach students entering a wide variety of IT roles including Cyber Security and Information Assurance.

Adjunct Faculty positions are part-time, hired each semester as needed. You will deliver instruction, develop syllabi, and assess students within the framework of the college’s standards.

Qualifications

• Must be located to teach in-person at the Evansville, IN campus.
• Qualifications include at least a master's degree in IT or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CompTIA A+ or higher IT certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in person at Evansville, IN campus.
• Create syllabi and deliver instruction per course requirements.
• Maintain attendance and grading records per college policy.
• Be available to students outside scheduled class time.
