Job summary

Arbor Wellness is seeking a Group Facilitator to provide group therapy, crisis intervention, and psychoeducation within an in-person setting. The role involves experiential learning groups and close collaboration with the treatment team.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Human Services, with preference for experience in addictions and mental health. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CPR/First Aid certification are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Human Services required.
• Experience working with addictions and mental health diagnoses preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provides group therapy and crisis intervention services.
• Works with the treatment team including case managers and clinical director.
• Completes clinical documentation in line with regulations.
• Attends staff trainings and meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
