Job summary

Framework is hiring certified teachers and experienced tutors to provide engaging, in-person Math tutoring to elementary students during the school day in Orange County, Florida. Tutors work 1:1 or in small groups, using the provided curriculum.

This part-time W-2 role is onsite at schools, offering $30/hour with ongoing coaching and professional development. Active certification (any state) or demonstrable Math tutoring experience is required, plus background checks and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Active teaching certification (any state) or demonstrable Math tutoring experience.
• Experience teaching or tutoring elementary-level Math is strongly preferred.
• Ability to pass a Florida background check including fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person Math tutoring to elementary students in 1:1 or small-group settings.
• Use provided curriculum to engage students with interactive, goal-focused learning.
• Adapt instruction to meet varied student needs and administer assessments.
• Maintain communication with school staff and the Framework Tutor Operations Team.
