SIC in Southeastern Illinois is looking for a qualified Adjunct English Instructor to teach in-person developmental English courses. The instructor will engage students through effective classroom instruction while supporting their reading and writing skills. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in English or Education and experience in teaching developmental courses. The position offers $515 per credit hour for teaching 1–2 classes over a full 16-week term.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English or Education.
Experience in teaching developmental or remedial English courses is preferred.
Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
