Monmouth University in West Long Branch, NJ seeks a Clinical Faculty Supervisor (Adjunct/Part-Time) to provide field supervision of student teachers across multiple education areas. The role is on-site, with 28 total weeks per year and a schedule that varies.

Salary is paid per student per semester and is not remote. Minimum qualifications include a Master's degree, three years of certified experience, and permanent certification in supervision by NJDOE.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Three years of permanent certified experience in the area of certification.
• Permanent certification in the content area of supervision as issued by the New Jersey Department of Education or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Available for in-person observations during school district hours.
• Recent experience supervising, consulting, or otherwise working in schools in contact with classroom teachers.

Responsibilities

• Provide field supervision of student teachers in the areas of mathematics, science, Spanish, special education, English, social studies, art or music.
• Conduct in-person observations and feedback sessions with supervisees.
