Job summary

Grade Potential Tutoring in Stillwater, OK, is seeking an in-person tutor to work with a college student at Oklahoma State University. Sessions are 1 hour weekly, between 2pm and 6pm on Mondays or Wednesdays, at the Edmon Low Library (216 Athletic Avenue, Stillwater). The role requires tutoring experience and willingness to travel within a 5–10 mile radius.

A teaching certification is preferred. The student needs help in CHEM 1314 and MICR 2123 to improve understanding and pass the courses.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or tutoring required.
• Willing to travel within a typical 5–10 mile radius to meet the student.
• Must not be a minor due to insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-hour tutoring sessions weekly at the student’s preferred time (2pm–6pm, Mon or Wed).
• Conduct in-person sessions at the Edmon Low Library, Stillwater (216 Athletic Avenue).
• Support student in Chemistry I and Microbiology until course goals are achieved.
