Shining Steps ABA in Kansas is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for children. You will collaborate with families and school teams to deliver holistic, evidence-based care and mentor RBTs under ethical and clinical standards.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing hands-on training and feedback.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams for holistic care.
• Ensure programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.

Responsibilities of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands‑on training and support
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings

Qualifications for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes
