Job summary

Farm Bureau Bank in San Antonio, TX is seeking a friendly, customer-focused professional for an in-person role. You will assist customers with information, answer questions, and resolve inquiries about new and existing accounts.

You will cross-sell bank products, open/close accounts, process transfers, and ensure compliance with bank procedures. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and you will work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with accurate information via voice, email, or chat; answer questions; resolve inquiries regarding new and current accounts.
• Create a warm, welcoming impression over the phone; cross-sell products; assist with opening/closing accounts, servicing, transfers, check orders, and basic account maintenance.
• Perform outbound courtesy calls to educate and troubleshoot customer inquiries (e.g., account access, loan payments, CD renewals).
• Assist other departments with follow-ups and queue items as needed; adhere to bank processes and federal regulations.
