Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
• Maintenance of Basic Life Support certification required.
• Commitment to continued learning and orientation completion.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient safety through observation, monitoring and reporting.
• Record vital signs and clinical information for treatment decisions.
• Build therapeutic relationships to support recovery and patient-centered care.
• Assist patients with daily activities while encouraging independence and engagement.
• Recognize and respond to signs of distress or behavioral changes.
• Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to ensure timely interventions.
