Small Giants is seeking an in-office Web Developer in Phoenix, AZ to turn creative site concepts into fully functional WordPress sites using Elementor. You will collaborate with design and strategy teams to deliver high-performing digital experiences.

The role requires strong problem-solving, organization, and a client-first mindset. You will manage hosting, domain migrations, DNS, and SSL, providing clear technical guidance during launches and support calls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Proven WordPress experience with Elementor or similar builders.
• Experience managing hosting environments (cPanel/WHM) and DNS.
• Strong CSS/HTML knowledge for custom styling.
• Experience communicating with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and basic SEO.
• Agency experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor and custom post types.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, translating concepts into clear language.
• Manage hosting environments, cPanel, domain migrations, DNS configurations, SSL certificates, and site security.
• Troubleshoot issues, site bugs, and responsiveness across live and staging environments.
• Apply front-end best practices for site performance, SEO, analytics, and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with internal strategists, designers and project managers to keep digital deliverables on schedule.
• Complete technical and web-related duties as assigned by your manager.
