Job summary

CorneaGen is seeking a Tissue Processing Technologist I to join our Winston-Salem team. This entry-level, full-time role ensures surgeons receive the correct tissue for corneal transplants and supports the tissue pre-cutting and quality checks with attention to detail.

The position is in-person, 40 hours per week on a 4-day, 10-hour schedule (7:00am–5:30pm), with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Training is provided to develop required skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; background in science preferred.
• Experience collaborating with others in a professional environment and strong communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail in handling tissue and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tissue pre-cutting and ensure quality standards are met.
• Support delivery of tissue to surgeons in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with daily operations.
