Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of public accounting tax experience preferred.
• Experience with individual, partnership, S corp, C corp, fiduciary, and nonprofit tax returns.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, fiduciaries, and nonprofits.
• Research complex tax issues and communicate practical solutions to clients.
• Develop proactive tax planning strategies for individuals and businesses.
• Advise clients on business planning, entity selection, and succession planning.
• Assist clients with bookkeeping, accounting questions, and recordkeeping.
• Review financial information for tax reporting accuracy and respond to notices.
