Bridge Legal in Chicago, IL is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Manager to scale our growing team. You will own full-cycle recruiting across product, operations, sales, and client-facing teams, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with leadership to define role requirements and hiring processes.

The role requires 3+ years of recruiting experience, familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, and the ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in startup or high-growth environments.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and managing recruiting pipelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple departments
• Own full-cycle recruiting for priority hires
• Improve hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience
• Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and leadership roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Coordinate interview workflows and hiring communications
• Help strengthen employer branding and recruiting operations
• Track recruiting KPIs and hiring performance metrics
• Support workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives
