Job summary

Reply’s Internal Communications Team in Chicago is seeking a paid intern for 6 months, in-office, part-time (up to 30 hours per week). The role focuses on planning events, creating content, and exploring generative AI tools to enhance internal communications.

Potential to convert to a full-time role after graduation. Applicants should be pursuing a degree in Communication or Digital Media, with strong video editing and Adobe Suite skills, and excellent writing and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Digital Media or related field.
• Experience producing video and editing using industry tools (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects).
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver).
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for prompting, building AI agents, and AI-assisted media creation (Midjourney, Runway).
• Proficiency with Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver employee-focused events (trainings, webinars).
• Research and implement new formats and communication techniques.
• Develop content and strategic thinking for internal comms.
• Explore generative AI tools to optimize daily work and create AI agents.
• Collaborate in a team and engage with many colleagues across Reply offices.
