Responsibilities

• Hire and onboard new hires, transitioning them to employees.
• Follow all company policies and SOPs.
• Learn site requirements and communicate policies to staff.
• Coordinate with operations regarding site needs and coverage.
• Enter data into spreadsheets and applicant tracking systems.
• Report recruiting efforts for sites with critical needs.
• Collaborate with team members and respond to urgent coverage requests.
