SNEB in Brooklyn is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to join our collaborative care team on a consulting basis. This in-office, not remote opportunity offers flexibility with monthly scheduling.

You will provide medical nutrition therapy, educate on diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular health, weight management, and partner with nurse practitioners in a preventive, outpatient setting. The role is ideal for clinicians seeking supplemental work in a beautiful private practice focused on

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) is required.
• Active New York State licensure/certification or eligibility.
• Comfortable working with children, adults, and geriatric patients.
• Strong patient education and communication skills.
• Experience in outpatient, primary care, or community health settings preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide medical nutrition therapy and individualized nutrition counseling.
• Educate patients on nutrition related to diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular health, weight management, metabolic health, and preventive nutrition.
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners and clinical staff to support patient care plans.
• Document visits appropriately in the electronic medical record.
• Provide culturally sensitive, patient-centered counseling.
