Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Analyze properties and draft briefs and supporting evidence for residential, income-producing, and owner-occupied properties, including new construction and building rehabs.
• Assist with the administration of property tax appeals, including evidence production and timely preparation of complaints at administrative levels.
• Communicate with clients via verbal and written correspondence, providing recommendations and requesting data.
• Assist with appeal filing as needed.
