Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe InDesign is essential; familiarity with Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing design work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Exceptional attention to detail in grammar, spelling, and formatting.

Responsibilities

• Create, customize, and revise client proposals in Adobe InDesign, tailoring each one to the client.
• Turn proposals around quickly—often same day, sometimes within an hour.
• Partner with sales and operations to ensure proposals reflect client needs and scopes of work.
• Manage multiple projects and revisions while maintaining content accuracy and brand consistency.
• Assist with proposal addendums, contracts, DocuSign, and document organization.
• Support field and customer service teams as needed.
• Design and produce brochures, business cards, flyers, signage, templates, and other branded materials.
• Create digital content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Support website updates and Google Analytics tracking to keep the online presence on-brand and effective.
• Maintain brand standards and evolve the brand as the business grows.
