Job summary

Pima County's Department of Finance & Risk Management is seeking a skilled Financial Systems Analyst II to support ERP financial, budgeting, and work management systems. You will maintain system security, perform data reconciliations, generate reports, and assist end users with system functionality.

In-office role based in Tucson, AZ, with emphasis on accuracy, timely delivery, and collaboration with IT business analysts and county staff. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a closely related field as defined by the department head at the time of recruitment.
• One year of professional level experience in accounting, budgeting, auditing, financial analysis or financial management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain user security access, complete system configuration changes, and reconcile and balance financial data across multiple systems.
• Provide advanced user support and troubleshoot complex issues with countywide financial systems.
• Lead testing of system enhancements, configurations, and upgrades with department coordination.
• Prepare and analyze budget data for countywide publications.
