Job summary

Pima County in Tucson, AZ seeks a skilled Financial Systems Analyst II to join the Finance & Risk Management Department on-site. The role focuses on supporting ERP systems including financial, budgeting, and work management modules, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.

You will balance system data, troubleshoot issues, and assist with deployments and trainings. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least one year of professional financial experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a closely related field is required.
• One year of professional level experience in accounting, budgeting, auditing, financial analysis or financial management preferred.
• Preferred: Workday or other ERP system support experience.

Responsibilities

• Process user security access requests and approval workflows, ensuring proper system permissions and security.
• Reconcile and balance financial data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
• Provide advanced user support and troubleshoot complex ERP issues.
• Lead testing of system enhancements, configurations, and upgrades.
• Prepare and analyze budget data for Countywide publications.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve system issues and implement process improvements.
