The Dorne Region in Georgia is seeking a Client Outreach Coordinator to engage with individuals who have shown interest in benefit information and to guide them through the next steps with clarity.

This is a full-time, in-office position that emphasizes purposeful, relationship-focused outreach. You will open conversations naturally, organize daily activity, receive training, and grow professionally through coaching. Prior experience in customer service is helpful, but not required.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience or degree required.
• Backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, recruiting, retail, fitness or athletics are relevant starting points.
• Willingness to engage in purposeful outreach and grow professionally.
