Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to support premium beef brands and corporate needs. The role will craft packaging, sales materials, digital assets, and internal communications while maintaining multiple brand voices.

The ideal candidate adapts to diverse brand identities, manages several projects in a fast-paced, in-office environment, and collaborates with marketing, HR, and sales teams to reinforce a cohesive company image.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within food/CPG/meat or e-commerce.
• Advanced proficiency with print and digital marketing materials.
• Strong packaging design, print production, and file preparation skills.
• Experience creating business materials, presentations, and corporate communications.

Responsibilities

• Create assets for beef brands across retail, foodservice, international, and D2C.
• Design sales presentations and marketing collateral.
• Develop product sheets, guides, brochures, and POS packaging.
• Produce digital assets for email, websites, ads, and social media.
• Support HR and internal communications with materials and events.
• Ensure brand identities remain distinct while upholding guidelines.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors and printers.
• Organize design templates and assets; manage multiple projects.
