Job summary

United Utility Services in Colorado is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for Power Distribution to plan, coordinate, and oversee power distribution projects. You will support the Project Manager, track milestones and budgets, and ensure quality standards across all phases.

This role requires collaboration with multiple teams and clients to resolve issues efficiently. This on-site position requires being in the office at least four days a week, with a competitive salary and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in power distribution, construction, or project management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Highly skilled in Excel, Microsoft Project, P6 Scheduling, and other project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Help manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Participate in site inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies
