SWABACK is seeking a full-time Architect with 5-7 years of varied experience in an architecture firm. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong design skills, in-office collaboration, and proficient technical abilities in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

The role involves developing conceptual to construction documents, coordinating with consultants, and participating in construction administration.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of related architectural experience with a professional degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
• Ability to contribute to a collaborative team and manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce conceptual through construction documents.
• Coordinate drawings and specifications with other disciplines/consultants.
• Prepare design development and construction documents with presentation drawings.
• Participate in construction administration, including site visits and addenda prep.
• Create marketing graphics and drawings for proposals and materials.
• Present and communicate design ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
