Job summary

RosmanSearch, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a physician-led health system in Indianapolis, IN. The incoming physician will join an established team with immediate patient demand and the opportunity to build a busy practice from day one.

The role features a brand-new clinic next to the hospital, an ambulatory surgery center, and strong multidisciplinary support. H-1B candidates will be considered, with J-1 sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Join an established team with immediate patient demand.
• Bread-and-butter General Gastroenterology; ERCP experience welcomed but not required.
• 1:4 call schedule with locum tenens coverage.
• 3.5 to 4 procedure days per week with 1 dedicated clinic day.
• Dedicated inpatient APP support.
• Hospitalists manage admissions while GI serves as a consultative service.
• Brand-new clinic located adjacent to the hospital.
• Ambulatory surgery center with future physician investment opportunities.
• H-1B candidates will be considered; J-1 visa sponsorship not available.

GENERAL GASTROENTEROLOGY OPPORTUNITY - INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA

A large, physician-led health system in Indianapolis is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join its growing Gastroenterology program. The incoming physician will join an established team with immediate patient demand and the opportunity to build a busy practice from day one.

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS

• Join an established team consisting of 1 Advanced Gastroenterologist and 1 General Gastroenterologist, with plans to grow to a 4-physician practice
• Seeking a bread-and-butter General Gastroenterologist; ERCP experience welcomed but not required
• Shared 1:4 call schedule supported by locum tenens coverage
• Approximately 3.5 to 4 procedure days per week with 1 dedicated clinic day
• Dedicated inpatient APP support
• Hospitalists manage admissions while Gastroenterology serves as a consultative service
• Brand-new clinic located adjacent to the hospital
• Attached ambulatory surgery center with future physician investment opportunities available
• Strong multidisciplinary support from Anesthesia, Endoscopy, Interventional Radiology, Pulmonary/Critical Care, and Hospital Medicine
• Cancer care affiliation with a nationally recognized cancer network
• Physician-led organization with strong administrative support and scheduling flexibility
• H-1B candidates will be considered

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Competitive compensation package with a 2-year guaranteed salary
• Opportunity to transition to a wRVU-based compensation model after 12 months if productivity exceeds the guarantee
