Constant Hire is recruiting a Video Producer for our Durham, NC office. This role focuses on creating paid social video ads with fast feedback loops, giving you freedom to experiment within a strong creative team environment.

You will manage shoots end-to-end, direct talent, and collaborate with editors to turn ideas into high-performing content. CapCut and Premiere Pro experience is ideal, with on-camera comfort a plus.

Competenze

• Made short form video, ideally ads for paid social.
• Portfolio showing performance (sales, signups, spend, retention, or similar).
• Comfortable on camera or directing people who are.
• Can cut a rough version personally using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.

Mansioni

• Make great ads across diverse styles and formats (UGC, street, podcast, studio, founder-led).
• Run efficient shoot days directing real people, creators, and talent.
• Move between on-site parking lot setups and studio sets with ease.
• Own shoots end-to-end: budgets, casting, locations, props, gear, schedule.
• Collaborate with editors by giving clear direction and context.
