Job summary

Flagship Therapy is seeking a full-time Therapy Rehab Tech in the McKinney, TX area. The role supports in-house therapy teams, promoting stability and a flexible work schedule within a growing company.

You will assist therapists, handle patient transport and setup, and ensure daily cleaning of the treatment areas. The position emphasizes learning alongside experienced therapists and nurses in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have prior training in a medical setting.
• One year’s experience in long-term care or related setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting the Therapists and Therapists Assistants
• Responsible for safe and efficient patient transportation
• Responsible for patient and equipment set up / clean up
• Daily cleaning of treatment area and equipment
• Reports any patient concerns or issues to DOR and/or supervising therapist
• Able to obtain basic medical information (blood pressure, heart rate, O2 saturations, etc.)
