Johnson Controls Summer Legal Internship Program is a 10-week paid summer 2027 internship based at our North America Headquarters in Glendale, WI. Interns will gain exposure to corporate matters, including contracts, litigation, labor & employment, IP, data privacy, compliance, investigations, and M&A.

As part of the in-house legal team, you will work closely with colleagues across the enterprise on substantive projects and develop practical understanding of in-house legal practice.

Qualifications

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for a team environment.
• Ability to identify and analyze legal, compliance, and business risks.

Responsabilités

• Conduct substantive legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal memoranda and other written work product.
• Review contracts and other documents.
• Identify and analyze legal, compliance, and business risks.
• Support legal projects across multiple practice areas.
