Job summary

You will plan, organize, and direct Speech Language Pathology services, ensure CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth, and coordinate FEES/MBS protocols with the site.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Speech Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and an active state license, with ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals as needed.
• Evaluate and collect data for treatment planning and goals.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Instruct patients, families, and staff to ensure carryover of therapy goals.
• Maintain CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR systems.
• Oversee FEES/MBS protocols and coordinate site programs.
• Participate in screening to meet resident needs with clinical excellence.
