Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join an in-house skilled nursing facility in Butler, AL. This PRN role focuses on delivering quality therapy services and coordinating care with the site team.

You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans with measurable goals, ensure CMS compliant documentation in NetHealth, and participate in FEES/MBS protocols.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency required.
• Active SLP license in Alabama.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals.
• Evaluate data for treatment planning and implementation.
• Develop treatment plans with short-term and long-term goals.
• Instruct patients and families to carry over remediation.
• Complete CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth.
• Oversee FEES/MBS protocols and site coordination.
• Participate in resident screening protocols.
