Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience preferred in real estate, construction, or contract disputes.
• Experience in managing litigation from intake to resolution.
• General understanding of land development and/or the construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of active disputes and litigation matters.
• Serve as internal point of contact for dispute strategy.
• Draft and review litigation-related documents.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal teams.
• Provide legal research and analysis to leadership.
