The position offers Full Time, Part Time, or PRN options. Candidates must hold a current Physical Therapy license in Tennessee and demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents per standards and productivity guidelines.
• Document and bill PT services per company procedures.
• Evaluate residents to develop treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Conduct screenings to determine need for intervention and treatment.
• Communicate findings and plans to residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
