Qualifications

• Recent law school graduate with JD from an ABA-accredited institution.
• Experience in litigation, insurance, or regulatory work is preferred.
• Must be admitted to the Michigan State Bar and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage representation in PIP and Coverage litigation cases.
• Collaborate with Claims Department to meet litigation objectives.
• Draft and argue post-arbitration/trial motions and appeals.
