• Document and bill services per CMS expectations and company policies.
• Evaluate residents to establish treatment plans with short and long-term goals.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to achieve identified goals.
• Interpret evaluation findings and communicate recommendations to residents and the team.
• Complete CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR systems.
