Montello Care Center seeks a Physical Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services on-site in Montello, WI. This PRN position will involve administering physical therapy to patients based on physician orders. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in physical therapy, be licensed in Wisconsin, and possess a professional attitude. Our in-house program allows therapists to focus on quality patient care without overbearing productivity demands, all within a family-like team environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the state in which they will be practicing.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of physical therapy.
• Display working knowledge of multidisciplinary practice scopes.

Responsibilities

• Uphold professional, legal, and ethical standards of practice.
• Responsible for operational excellence in the rehab department.
• Perform initial patient examinations and create plans of care.
• Maintain patient records for treatment.
