Fred Loya Insurance Agency is seeking a Paralegal to support in-house counsel at Dieterich & Kelly Legal Group. The role focuses on high-quality administrative and legal assistance to protect policyholders and the company’s interests.

Responsibilities include managing case files, drafting pleadings and motions, and coordinating with clients, courts, and claims teams to ensure timely, accurate filings.

Qualifications

• Energetic and organized individual with ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in civil litigation processes and rules is expected.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain case files and request necessary documents.
• Manage litigation calendar, deadlines, and electronic filings.
• Draft legal documents, letters, pleadings, motions, and court filings.
• Interface with clients, claims adjusters, court clerks, and reporters.
• Review and distribute mail and emails as needed.
• Answer discovery, schedule depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
