Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience (crew supervision experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Dependable, honest, and hardworking.
• Good communication skills (clear, respectful, solution-focused).
• Smartphone and ability to use it for work communication.
• Clean driving record.
