Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant required.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under supervision of an OT.
• Assesses and documents patient progress and communicates with supervising OT to adjust treatments.
• Provides consultation to patients, families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Provides input for discharge summaries per regulatory and clinical requirements.
