Timber Ridge Health & Rehab in Stevens Point, WI, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. You will work under an Occupational Therapist to provide skilled, medically necessary interventions and support patients in ADL retraining and therapeutic activities.

We welcome candidates with all levels of experience and offer a stable team dedicated to geriatric care and recovery in a post-acute setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices under supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with supervising OT to adjust treatments.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to supervising OT.
