Job summary

River Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. You will work with an interdisciplinary group to deliver personalized care to our patients and residents and create programs addressing cognition, memory care, and return-to-home goals.
